We offer a 2-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, the replacement product (if applicable) will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Tags, labels, and seals (if any) must be intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the product and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
